Single-story family holiday home (94 m²) in the heart of Arcachon Bay, ideally located in Gujan-Mestras at the end of a quiet residential cul-de-sac. Quick car access to nearby towns: La Teste-de-Buch, Arcachon, Le Teich, and Biganos. Gujan-Mestras train station is less than 5 minutes away. Arcachon is 10–15 minutes by car, Bordeaux about 40 minutes—perfect for exploring the region at your own pace. The house features 4 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright living room with a picture window opening onto a terrace and wooden pergola. The secure, enclosed garden has sun loungers, outdoor seating, and a barbecue—ideal for family meals outdoors. The location is perfect for discovering Arcachon Bay’s highlights: Dune of Pilat, oyster huts, bike paths, sandy beaches, and water sports like sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and surfing. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, and multifunction food processor. The dining area seats up to 6 around a large table. Sleeping arrangements: a children’s room with triple bed, games, books, and travel cot; one double room (160×200 cm) with storage; two double rooms (140×200 cm). Bathroom with bathtub, double sink, and hairdryer. Separate WC. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra charge, or you may bring your own.
